Our Background

Before founding Mabbitt Bhimani Law, attorneys Mabbitt and Bhimani built successful careers advocating for some of the nation’s largest insurance companies. They focused their area of practice on handling insurance fraud and complex medical claims and were instrumental in saving the industry millions of dollars in fraudulent claims. During this time, they developed a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the tactics used by insurance companies to delay or deny claims.

However, over time, attorneys Mabbitt and Bhimani noticed a significant shift in how insurers treated their insureds. Instead of paying claims promptly and fairly, they saw claims being needlessly delayed, stuck in endless investigations or improperly denied. This realization sparked their newfound passion to use their skills to fight for the rights of those wronged by the insurance industry.
